False 498A and 406 case registered and LOC issued -detained at airport

Wife filed 498A and 406 against me a year back , i came to resolve the issue..but was not aware that LOC was issued against me almost a year back i , they detained me at the airport, got bail next day from court..ow i want to leave the country due to job issue how can i check if loc is still valid or not because 1year got expired few days back. Police is not telling me anything on my loc and charge sheet is yet to be filled. can i send her divorce notice too ??

Yes you can file for divorce from your wife before the court under appropriate grounds. You do not need to appear before the court for all the hearings. For procedural steps you can execute power of attorney in favour of someone in your family. Regarding loc, it is possible to know its status through the police department.
