Fake sign forged on divorce document what to do

i received a notary divorce by my wife and it has only supreme court advocate seal and only her signature on it stating from now we are free and he is not my husband and if anyone one interferes in her remarriage court will reject it.she has just sent me a photocopy of that notary and i really dont know whether she has put a false signature of mine on the original paper as i did not sign on paper.I want to know can she get married in magistrate or court again with this paper?will any advocate, magistrate or the court get her married again?If she goes to get remarried in court or magistrate will they ask her for a valid divorce paper to show she really divorced?what actions can i take towards them?

From the facts you have narrated here it seems that it is not a valid document. It should be a court order? Did you or your wife ever filed a divorce petition? If she goes for another marriage, she needs to furnish valid divorce paper.

If I had a chance to have a glimpse of the said notarized divorced document I cauld have advised you better. If you have not signed the document then for this your wife may get in trouble but according to hindu law court is the supreme authority to award the decree of divorce. Again mail me the document or come and consult me for more detail advice.

As per our Country Law, District Judge of a District is empower to passed a Decree of Divorce. No other is empowered to issue such decree.
Therefore, in your Case, Notary Certificate of Divorce or Advocate Letter does not a Decree of Divorce. Therefore, till today she is your wife and do not marry again without obtaining a valid Decree of Divorce from Competent Court.
