Fake rcr filed by husband and harrassing dat I myself say no to him

Married 3 n half years ago, was assaulted by husband, den various oral police complaints were filed, den one day he created issues wen my parents visited and got himself admitted in police station, and he resigned job and came to native, and dint take me to his home, even though we tried so many times I couldn't go der he stopped responding to me now for more den a year, and later he filed RCR, stating I shudnt work n stay in village, I wanted to save my marriage so dint file any case on him n accepted his RCR n came to village leaving my job, but here he have put CCTV camera in all rooms and his clothes r not here he don't take bath not have food he only comes late night n sleep he don't even talk to me.. Indirectly forcing me to say no myself and he can get divorce without giving any allimony.. My question is 1) if he don't have food bath or sex or even talk!? Can I say no in next RCR hearing n get allimony? If if I file case now based on old events will dat be helpful?he need divorc
