Fake Covid certificate submitted by my partner to extend notice time

27-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have issued divorce notice to my partner. My partners lawyer responded back with a counter notice stating that my partner needs more time as their client tested Covid +ve. Is there a way to check whether my partner really got covid. I'm sure my partner got the resource to fake the doc's. Is there any tests to check the blood steam to determine whether the person got really affected.

Fake Covid medical certificates seem to be easy bargain these days. You can simply put further questions about her treatment regimen for Covid, private or government hospital, etc. Otherwise you can go ahead and file the petition.
