Fake 498a case to take revenge

Facing a fake and false 498a case. My ex-wife and I are already divorced in the USA, Ex-wife's family is threatening my parents in India, involving rowdies and women leaders, and threatening to cancel my passport. Police filed a charge sheet and 'lookout circular' without questioning me. How can I protect my right to free travel? How can police do without even questioning me? What can i do from overseas?

hi you could file a petition in court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR and also to quash the lookout circular as it is based without any evidence
