Fade up of domestic violence daughter wants to come back

My daughter,married about 2 months back in another city is facing domestic violence.Husband and inlaws all the time redicule her by saying abusive words.Her husband imprisons her in newly constructed house when he goes to office and she is mentally harassesd.
My daughter and I myself requested her husband to please let her come back to her home for few days but they are not allowing.I want that my
daughter should be allowed to come to
back my home as she is in mental trauma.
