facing mental harassment with my husband

I had married 5 months ago after two months it's going smooth, one day he saw my past relationship pics ,now he refuse me and asking divorce , i want him very badly ,i love him very much. i stayed in my parents home now he is not staying with me for this reason mentally i have disturbed so much, go for suicide also and my health also disturbed, how can my husband get back to me. he is not listening my words and he criticized me and slapped me. how can proceed legally can file DV case against him
