Extramarital affair of husband before 5 years .

My friends husband was in extramarital affair in 2016 to Aug 2017. After when he caught lady filed case in 2017 ipc 376. But he accepted in 2022. My friend /his wife was continue living without any filled case with him till July 2021. After she came home town and filled case against husband adultry 498a and divorce. In Aug 2023. What is ground for divorce use this issue or not. Advocate said after she continues living with husband more then 3 years and she did not made any complaint pls he

you can fill a criminal case against opposite party, Criminal matter me fir lodge hone k baad police investigation krne k baad chargesheet court me submit krti hai agar koi case made out nhi hota to negative final report or case made out ho rha hai to positive final report court me submit ki jaate hai after cour cognizance leti hai
