Extramarital Affair in School and Elder Sons forged documents

In June 2024, my brother discovered incriminating evidence of his wife affair. When he confronted her parents again, they accused him of fabricating the situation. His wife reacted dramatically, accusing him of violence. We are concerned about the legality of changing the elder son's surname (son from previous marriage) without proper consent, which could negatively affect his future. We are seeking divorce and correcting the elder son's documents, ensuring his best interests are protected.

U can file divorce on grounds of cruelty and adultery. If u have any evidence regarding her extra marital affairs then this could help in making ur case stronger. U can even get an ex party divorce if u want through some extra efforts. The documents can be corrected there is no issue un that.
