Dear Sir Legally, two consenting adults (aged 18 and above) are fully permitted to check into and stay together in a hotel room anywhere in India, regardless of their marital status, gender, or state of origin. State borders or differences in native state do not restrict adult movement or cohabitation.

Hello sir, As long as both of you are major as per law you can stay in the hotel by submitting your government id proofs. Even if you are from a different state with your proper government proof you can take a hotel room and stay. I hope this response has helped you.
