Extortion case on wife and inlaws for settlement abroad

Multiple cases running in Abroad and in India. Wife sent a written settlement proposal in abroad court claiming amount x as her legal expenses. Settlement discussions failed. One year later, I have written proof that her legal expenses were less than 10% of her written demand in settlement. She also asked for some y amount towards her father. I have written proofs that I have already paid the amount, and actual expenses were a fraction of y. Can i file extortion case against wife and family

Yes definitely, you can file a Criminal Case against your Wife and her family of extorting you by showing history to the court, that, in the past, they have filed false cases against you, for which, you have got the requisite evidence to prove and now, they have been threatening you to file more false cases for doing extortion.
