Hello advocate Minakshi Ovhal here if your husband is not appeared before court then you can take ex party order and your case will proceed ex party and you can can file Domestic violence case also and claim for compensation maintenance also. thank you

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned whether you can go for exparte since your husband is not attending court proceedings yes you can go for same but once your divorce decree is passed you cannot claim maintenance for the same. for more information about the same kindly call me .
