Excessive mental torture from wife and in-laws

I got married on 01/24/2022. After marriage, she used to demand lumpsum amount from me every now and then which I fulfilled to the best of my abilities. During this tenure of 1.5 years, she used to stay at her paternal home for 3-4 months at a stretch, then come at my place, stay for 2-3 days & go back. She has been harassing us for last one month with false allegations that my mother used to torture her mentally while the fact is that my mother did not talk with her for last one year.
