Excessive Delay in conducting Cross Examination of mine

Dear Team, My wife had filled Divorce case in family court and domestic violence case in Magistrate court 6 years back. She could not produce any evidence in both the courts. In Magistrate court, the cross examination of my wife is over and my evidence stage got over. Due to serious health issues, I am not able to attend the court for my cross examination and produced medical certificate for Court Commissioner. The Judge has approved one month back but still pending for cross. Pl advise

1. due to the health issues you had, the judge has given the chance to cross examination based on your convenience. 2. without cross examination the case will not go forward 3. The court has its own stages, unless one stage is closed, you cannot go to the next stage
