Exam form me pati k naam k jagah pita ka naam bhar sakte hai

Meri shaadi November 2010 me hui thi aur usk baad se mere husband mujhe kabhi accept nahi kiye unko koi aur pasand thi tb se aaj tak mai apne mayek me hu bina talaak liye husband ne dusri Shaadi kar li ...(mera sawaal ye hai ki agar mai koi exam form bharti hu aur usme husband k naam k jagah apne father ka naam bhar sakti hu )kyoki shaadi k baad kabhi sasural gai hi nahi husband ne accept nahi kiye please help mujhe iska answer dijiye please .

ma'am if there is no other issue. then you definitely you can use the name of your father in any form. it's not mandatory to use the name. of husband as such in form. if you want to file divorc then you can also file divorce against him. and even file criminal case against him for bigamy. which has been doing against you.
