Ex wife still using my name as her husband on Passport etc

My ex wife & I got a mutual divorce in August 2022, but she still has not changed her marital name nor the marital status, she still has my name as her husband on all important official documents like Passport etc. I kept requesting her to process it, but she is just dodging me saying she's applied but not yet received. It's been 2 months & she's still not even provided me the Application no. What legal steps can I take next? We have a daughter in joint child custody & she keeps threatening me.

Hello Sir, Kindly give further information regarding your query : 1. What is the reason given by her for non changing of name ? 2. In what way the non changing of name is harming you ? 3. Is she in anyways misusing your name or surname ?
