Ex-Partner has applied for FAO on his visitation rights

He approached me once only for meeting our child. and this was done. but post that he never reached to me or any of my family member for the same. but post 6-7 months he has appealed in High Court for violations against meeting rights

hello ma'am Sir As per the query raised by you it is uncertain as to against which order is a permitted to meet the child and what is the pollution of the order our request to give us a call so that would discuss it in a better way and share the order against which in the field has be made in the High Court kindly feel free to call us thank you

we have to see the technicalities of the case based on which they have appealed in the High Court. it is also very important that what prayer they are asking in the court or at what order they are appealing there.
