Ex- partee decree related doubts

I filed divorce case againstmy husband due to his mental harassment. Even though he received the summons he failed to attend. So finally I got ex- partee decree in the month of March. Now he is keep on messaging me to return my mangalsuthra to him and few more jewelleries that I received as a gift during my marriage from my in-laws. Do I need to return? Does he have rights to ask ?

have you served a copy of the divorce decree on him? is he simply calling you over phone and asking or has he filed any case? please answer these questions to help me answer your query properly. he has some rights to ask you his articles. but there is legal procedure for that. moreover the articles he claims should be his articles
