Ex-Parte decree - Divorce case and now IA pending.

Hello ,
I filled divorce 2 years ago and my wife attended mediation but did do anything after that, then Judge ruled Ex-Parte decree and case disposed state now.
But now Wife filed IA its in the "Issue of state" and status is pending. Now i am in Singapore so if they issue summon I will not be able to receive it Then if don't respond what will happen to the IA ?
If an ex-parte divorce decree has already been passed and the case was disposed of, the decree remains valid unless it is set aside by the court. If the wife has now filed an Interlocutory Application (IA), summons must be duly served on you. If you are abroad and summons are not properly served, the court cannot proceed against you for non-appearance. If served and you do not respond, the IA may be heard ex-parte. However, courts generally insist on proper service and may allow representation through counsel or virtual appearance. You may file a counter through an advocate or seek exemption from personal appearance to protect your rights.

Dear Client…. You have an ex-party decree other side can any time file a petition to set aside the ex party order with reasonable reasons. If court satisfied the reason court recall the ex party decree… but don’t worry you just follow up with the court nowadays party need not to come directly… you can appear through video conference mode or appoint a power agent to contest your case….
