Ex-husband is not giving maintenance even after court's order

My cousin sister has been divorced from husband and court HD ordered to pay monthly certain amount for wife and child. However till date he has not paid a single amount. He was supposed to be arrested today, instead he filed a case again against my cousin sister and warned her to pull off case.
What is the offence alleged against her by the husband?the Casecan easily be challenged as a fabricated, unwanted one and a foul play on his part to clutch out from his liabilities. Dear Sir,
In maintenance cases if the respondent not paying the said monthly amount to the petitioner[ wife] he will be jailed until the payment. Even the petitioner could get an attachment order of the respondent immovable property also.

If the court order is still subsisting definitely your cousin sister must file the CMP petition each year though her is not willing to pay.Unless the petition is filed you will lose the chance for CMP
