Ex gf harassing to file fake FIR because I am getting married. We had broken up mutually. She has also hurt me and herself to blackmail me. I am a Hindu and she is also Hindu.

hi first need to see whether any complaint or any FIR was registered against you for any offences then only you could approach court by seeking anticipatory bail or by filing quash petition after going through the contents of the case
