My husband filed evidence in divorce case .since I filed rcr case I don't want divorce I want to live my life with husband .ow wen I can submit evidence .how much time I can delay the process .wat I should do becoz I love my husband

you can delay in the process by taking time on various grounds, making allegations, and not coming to the evidence part soon, so that overall proceeding gets delayed, moreover, put a petition of staying with your husband and ask the judge tilo fix a date after a year and pass an order to live with him

hi, here you have to clearly state your lawyer that you dont want seperation and file a petition and by this way you can have the attention of court and can skip the process, better talk to your advocate or if any help needed you can contact me.
