Does a Scandinavian country divorce decree valid in India. If now what is the procedure to get it validated in India. Both the parties are Nri Indians applied and are divorced abroad.
Well, Foreign Divorce Decrees are legally valid in India and equally enforceable as in Foreign. If there lies no dispute between the two of you regards the Divorce taken place between the two of you in abroad, then, you need not worry.

Dear Queriest whether you are divorced in India or any other country, the only rule is if you are married in a particular country you need to get a divorce decree from that particular country itself then itself it will be valid and it can work anywhere in any country.
