eligibility for divorce AND custody of child

28-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am married for 8 years. My husband is emotionally unavailable. I am a victim of emotional neglect. He does not even smile or ever said he loves me. He is very transactional with me, no conversations have any emotions other than passive anger, disgust. He does not share about himself. I am living with a stranger. I have 7 year old child. I am financially dependent. I have no parents. No physical or financial abuse. Is this case eligible for divorce? Will I get my child after divorce with alimon
