section 498a of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and by the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Any kind of harm/ injury that is likely to endanger the life, health, limb and well-being of the woman whether physical or mental.

You can sure file a domestic violence case against him with whatever evidence that you are having now in your favour. I cannot assure you about 498a without knowing what all evidences you have. your husband is born to give child support to your daughter for an amount based on whatever evidence you give you about his income.
