DVcase filed by my wife. Will get those documents to me?

If my wife filed DV case on me. Can I get those documents to my home address? Or I need to check in the court?

If your spouse files a DV complaint before the Magistrates Court, they will issue a summons to you to appear through a lawyer. Alongwith the summons you will get the copy of the complaint. So Don't worry on that part since you need to file a proper parawise reply to the complaint. For precaution and per litigation advise you may connect

after filing of case by the wife, court will issues summons in your name and will be sent to your address. however you may check with the court and know the progress of the case. should you have any queries feel free to contact me.

If you are sure that your wife had already filed a case against you under a domestic violence act then you will get the proper summons from the court and in that notice you will get the copy of the full petition. And if you wish to take out the copy then you can also apply for certified from court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You will get along with the summon if not got u can claim in your first hearing day you have a full right to get whole set along with all the documents if not got yet u can get in hearing day and then u have to file reply
