Dear sir or madam In my dvc court as sent loka adalat we have filed all the evedance against her that she is working Nd my divorce pitation and U/O. IX,Rule,9,Rw,Sec,151 and more over I won 498a case 2:47 Voj 4G filed and allowed. R1 present. R2 to R3 absent no representation. In view of the directions of the Honble High Court of A.P., Amaravathi in ROC.No.16/SO/2021, dt. 30.01.2024 this matter is referred to Honble chair person of PLAPUSs (Permanent Lok

Dear Sir, It seems as per the orders of High Court the matter was again referred to the permanent Lok Adalath which is not required. Anyway you may appear before the permanent Lok Adalath and submit that it was already decided in your favour and it was already referred once to the Lok Adalath.
