DVC Case filed against me - by spouse - Reg.

I am a respondent, so I am attending the hearing dates regularly; she is also present at that time. But recently, for the last nine months, she has completely avoided attending the case as a petitioner (her junior advocate attending the court on her behalf), giving medical and other reasons to avoid the hearing. I need your opinion and suggestions to close the false allegation against me and any method or steps to disclose this case asap in a short period of time.

sir this is due process of the court and the due process will take sometime. you can file 317 petition requesting the court to dispense your appearance on each hearing. further you can also file an Petition in HC of Madras, seeking your appearance may be dispensed with and the case may be conducted with speedy trial and the case may be disposed within 6 months. for further clarifications kindly feel free to call me.
