hello sir I have filled DVC case against husband in year Jan 2022 order was passed for 6000RS monthly,But he paid only 10k in Jan 2024.Want i should do next plz suggest me.Also wnt to know need to do Evidenced or no

Dear Madam You have to file a Calculation Memo indicating total arrears of maintenance. Court will attach hi movables like his car etc. You can proceed with evidence so that you can get final order. There is every probability of getting orders in your favour finally.
