Hi my wife filed a false dvc case under section 12 what are steps to be taken to prevent the misuse my wife and her brothers they came to my house and hit me and my family for which I have filed an fir in the nearest police station the case went to court I have filed the case on all of them on 10 members after that she left to her matrimonial home and filed a false fir by putting false bns case in police station and after that she filed false dvc case on me summon notice was taken wt steps be ta

You may contest the Domestic Violence Act case by filing a detailed counter denying the allegations and producing all available evidence such as the FIR lodged by you, charge sheet (if filed), medical records, CCTV footage, call records, messages, photographs, witness statements, and any other documents showing the true sequence of events.

For DVC case file a petition in high court for quashing this case and if u have proper evidence then your case will be quashed and already u filed a FIr on her brothers keep in touch with police and if it is in court be in touch with PP , if u need any assistance approach us we will help u
