DV notice against all my family members who are not leaving with us

I have filled divorce petition against my wife and now she has sent DV notice to me after 4 months. Is it valid. Also she dragged my brother and his family into DV even though he and his family were leaving seperately from us even before my marriage. Is this valid? How he is supposed to be involved here

Hi nothing to worry we can file a reply notice to the same and then we can apply for quashing before the honourable high court so that the legal proceedings can be quashed. It is a common thing where the brothers and others members of the family are added up in the case

you can challenge the petition in high court by filing a quashing petition or you can contest the case by filing your defence and leading evidence further it will help you in your divorce petition as filing false cases against your family members amounts to cruelty.
