DV Husband not filing reply- Matrimonial issue

I have filed DV case against my husband and in laws. 2 days have been passed however his lawyer is not replying to my application. now Magistrate has given the last chance to submit the reply. Summon and DIR is submittef in the court.
pls reply to below query.
What will happen if he did not reply on the 3rd date as well?
court will again give him another date and this process will continue like this only?
If he did not reply whether my interim Maintenance will get passed on not??
You have to press the issue by making specific submission before hon'ble court that he is not filing say to main application as well as say to interim application. So court should pass expartyorder against respondents.
