DV case filed by wife and asking for Divorce

Hi my wife filed a DV case against me and asking for Divorce. It’s her second marriage with me and in her first marriage she didn’t take divorce decree she just settled out in village can I file a case against her that she didn’t take divorce and married me and we have a baby now

i siggest you to take a diligent step as there was a baby. though she didnt obtain divoce for her 1st marriage validly. take into consideration the future of the child. if ur wife doesn't close the cases then defend the case.
