Well, if your Wife has filed a false DV Case and based on it a FIR has been filed against you, then, you can get it quashed under the concerned provision of the Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by filing a Quashing Petition in the concerned High Court of the State, where the FIR has been lodged. However, if mere a false case under DV Act, 2005 has been filed, then, her lies can be exposed before the concerned Magistrate Judge.
