D.V already filed in the court

D.V case is already before the court. We attended the hearing on 17-09-2021 but after hearing husband followed complainant and her brother, abused, and became physically violent on the main road.
Husband ran away as people started gathering at the spot but threatened to kill complainant's brother on the same day. Before this, husband had come to complainant's house, abused the whole family and threatened to kidnap her / his daughter. What can be consequences for the husband, what should we do as victim / complainant?
hello client as i can see your issue is really very serious issues . as your right to life ans right to privacy as well as life with dignity is been voilated by your inlaws as well as by your husband . in this matter you need to urgently need take spacific action agaisnt your husband as well as your inlaws so tht should get arested urgently and get punished bybthe court of law itself.

You should have called the police and gone to the hospital and got your MLC done there. If there was some serious injuries there always a opportunity for you to register an FIR against your husband. Then he will be attending his court proceedings from jail.
