DV act and bigamy case after divorce

Sir, I filled dv and bigamy case year's ago against my husband. Now I decided take divorce.my question is after divorce, can I continue dv and bigamy case.

yes absolutely..but once you taking divorce they put this condition to withdraw the pending cases what you filed against him and you can refuse take back the cases and also you claim permanent settlement for some of money from him any further info cal
