Duration for getting divorce and child custody as a lady in Goa

Would want to know the duration for getting divorce and child custody (6 year daughter) in Goa when marriage registered in Mumbai and husband not ready for divorce. Both staying in Mumbai while wife domiciled of Goa. Case of Mental abuse and husband engaged in adultery. Is it better to file case in Mumbai/Goa/Pune (temporary work location) .
