Due to domestic abuse need advice on applying for a restraining order

My husband is an alcoholic and has mental disorder which makes him upredictable and unstable I don't want him near my kids or me and so want advice on how to get a restraining order and would it help or what other alternatives are there?

you can file for domestic violence case along with contesting divorce either child custody case with contesting divorce these 2 are best option for you rather then that of any other consultancy feel free to contact

okay I understand your questions so your husband is alcoholic right so you have to avoid how your house and he did not want him right. so madam you have to take injuction order from court not allow the house then you have to file it domestice voilance case also and if you need you will file it divorce case also so if you need any legal help contact me thank you
