Due child support from father since I am an adult now

23-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir/Madam, I was born in 1994 and by that time my parents separated which later ended in divorce. Since young age my mother is taking care of financial needs. In 1995 or 1996 she married another person, whose name appears in my documents in place of father's name. Right now I am 29 years old. So I am still eligible to sue by birth father for due child support if he is proven as my birth father because the reason he and my mother separated was due to him claiming I am not his child.

Dear Madam, Your natural father is liable to pay for your marriage expenses but child hood expenses cannot be claimed at this distant time. Your mother must have claimed the same from him. You have a good case to proceed if your natural father have enough properties and income.
