You are asking about your rights to retain your marriage. As certain yourself whether you wanted to continue your matrimonial tie or not. If you wanted to continue just approach the HOn'ble court for restitution of conjugal rights. and ask for a share in the household where he is residing by filing a DVC.

Hi
There are plenty of options
Some of the people go to court or police or mediation center.
it appears that you want to retain your marriage.
You can go to the mediation center located in the nearest court and file a complaint. Mediation center will call your husband and then advise/counsel him. In the event of your husband failing to obey the orders of mediation center, then the mediation center will transfer the file to court which then becomes a court case.
Mediation center is NOT a court, but vested with all the powers of a court.
