Dowry wife torturing lot of and limit less

I got a married last 5years whene I get marry that time to still I faced strongle and lot of problems about my wife I have 2 children 4years kid and 2.5 girl ..I can't avoid my kid and girl but I faced lot of some time i think to susaid about this problem give any suggestions and support

Good morning, what is your date of marriage? Since how long are you facing this issue? Are you both leaving together? You can mutually come to an understanding if not you can file a petition in the court for grant of divorce it can be mutual or contested. Once come to office according to your convenience. I will explain you in brief.

hi if you want to separate from your wife then you could file petition for divorce in district court amd also on the grounds of physical and mental cruelty and also file petition for judicial separation
