Dowry harassment cruelty by husband and in laws police not cooperating

I lodged serious complaint of harassment in every way by in laws and husband along with cheating fraud and blackmailing with full proofs and evidences.the sections were 498a/406/506/120b etc but due to money and political pressure local ASI gave the clean chit.to all.he.lodged 406 only against my husband.dicarded all my evidences.now i approached DGP Women comission Cm deputy CM IG re investigate and requested for the addition of other sections.DOes it possible? Honestly ASI was bribed
