Dear Madam, Under Section 19(8) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA), 2005, the Magistrate has the power to direct the respondent (your husband) to return your possession of Stridhan, personal effects, and any other valuables. Action: Ask your lawyer to file an urgent interim application under Section 19(8) for the immediate return of your belongings.

Hello madam , what all your items kept in your husband house you can get it back anytime before they are leaving the city . You can ask some one help to take back your belonging . After filing DV case and its not safe you to go alone in his house .

you go with your people to that jurisdictional Police station with the list of all your properties and ask them to send police to accompany you to that place to get the properties. Also, be ready with video recording of the happenings there.
