Dowry Demand and Domestic Violence /Mental Harrasement

I am not living with my husband / in laws for nearly one year due to their greedy nature , i dowry demand , domestic violence and mental harrasament. I have one 15 month old male baby living with me. I do not want to live with him any more and tried to end the marriage through mutual divorce . But my husband is still harrasing me by not comming forward for mutual divorce and threatening me " You do what ever you want to do" . He wants visitation right but when I am inviting him come and visit, he never turned up. He is also keeping my entire Stridhan with him and not giving despite my several requests.What are the options available for me in the above cases? Please guide.

You immediately file a case under 498A ,506 IPC against him and any in-laws if they are also involved .He should approach court for visitation rights as custody will not be given to him as child is only 15 months. If he is not ready for mutual divorce u can file for divorce and contest it on grounds of cruelty and mental torture .Can contact me for help.
