Dowry and mental harrassment complaint given against husband.

Once the complaint was given against husband, both parties were called for counseling. One day later can husband go back and complaint against wife and her parents family about harrassing his mother?

Dear Sir, It is after thought and such complaint lodged by husband cannot be considered. If any FIR is registered then you may go for stay and quashing of the same before High Court. In the meanwhile you can lodge complaint against your husband and his parents and also file Domestic Violence case.
