Don't want to stay with husband due to mental and physical harrasment.My 7 year daughter spoil due to that.I want to leave that place for my child good upringing...how can I do this without any issue...beacuse i don't want any problem in my daughter life .
the legal remedies available to you are judicial separation or divorce. you can file a petition for maintenance for yourself and your daughter. you will have to take into consideration legal custody of your daughter. further, a complaint for mental harassment and cruelty can be registered.
