I am from Raipur......... Husband harres me verbally often, I have baby of 1year , I refuse to go with him, in laws demand for money from my house, what should I do please suggest me

You can lodge FIR in mahila thana for harassment or dowry demand . Remember you can lodge FIR for harassment and dowry in mahila thana only but if you want live in your maternal home you should file maintenance case in nearby family court for you and your baby and your husband can’t take your baby from you because it is the law that mother have right of custody till the age of 5 years of child . You can also file domestic violence case in nearby magistrate court to get rental home from your husband. There are so many things……
