Mene apne husband per dometic violence ka case kara hai. Hmari pushteni property hai jisme mere husband haq tyag rakh hai or y do bhai h jisme mera husband or uska chota bhai hai..or inki ek behan hai or mera beta or beti hai unka to abi haq hai na? Saas sasur nahi h mere. Or me house wife hu mera husband govt teacher hai. Mera husband abusive language use krta hai mere or meri beti ko. Isk tahet lajja bhang ka case kra hai january end 2022 me..mera lawyer se merk9 satisfactory answer nahi mil rha hai itne din ho gye.antril rahtm me muje kuch nahi diyaa jaa rha hai nah hi challan pesh hua hai abi tk

apke beti and bete ka right hai, agar apke husband ne haq tyag kar rakha hai to he doesn't have any right...aap working hai..?challan pesh after completion of investigation hoga....interim relief reject kyun hua....?maintainance aapne apne liye dimand kiya hai kewal?...bacche minor hai apke.
