03-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has been running from house after hitting and violence since almost 3 years now. He stays missing for 3 3 months without any concerned regarding how I am doing all the house expenses and child expenses (4year old)yet have been somehow managing with whatever savings i had and taking help from others. The house rent was the only thing that was getting paid by him directly and now 2 days back I recieved msg from.my landlord that pay the rent or vacate,.ow this is something I cannot afford Alrdy it's been continuously months that i am solely taking care of all the house n child expenses and this thing is not possible fir me since I am not earning. Have been dealing with this mental, physical, emotional trauma and now this house issue and it's not possible fir me to vacate the house with a child immediately as m all alone here, parents have passed away, elder brother sister don't stay in Delhi. I now want to take action against all this. plz suggest.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file a DV or a case under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance for yourself as well as for your child. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
