Hello lawrato , I am suffering mental harrasment by my in laws ,they always threat me for the dowry .

आपने 498a,323,504,506ipc 3/4 डीपीए पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई है क्या अगर नहीं किया है रहना चाहते है की नहीं कहां से बात कर रहे हो आपकी शादी कब हुई थी कोई बच्चा है क्या ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए आप मुझे कॉल कर सकते हैं

Don't be panic in the least,there are myriad provisions under the code which will provide you with justice efficaciously,whosoever is torturing you will pay the price legally,we would according file an FIR and after the chargesheet comes,we will move for a trial where punishment will me meted out to ur in laws

As you told that your in-laws abuse and harass you all the time and beat you, in such a situation you have to take some strict actionAccording to the legal provision, either you file a case of dowry harassment, assault against them, as well as file a case of domestic violence, in case of domestic violence, you will also get interim maintenance from them and if you want to live in their house If you are then the court to go to that housewill also get a place in it
